With over two decades in the financial industry, I am the Managing Partner at Lhotse Financial Advisors, where our mission is to guide Family Offices and Investment Holdings through the complexities of asset management. We strive to align our strategies with impactful growth, specializing in energy transition investments. Our work with Westbeck Capital Management a boutique focused on energy and energy transition underscores a commitment to sustainable practices, reflecting my belief in responsible and forward-thinking investments.

At Lhotse Financial Advisors, we've built a reputation for insightful advisory and smart diversification, particularly within alternative strategies. My role leverages skills in new business development and investment management, ensuring we meet our clients' objectives. Through strategic asset management, we support Westbeck Capital Management in navigating the energy sector's changing landscape, contributing to their success and the broader goal of transitioning to sustainable energy sources.

Maxime is a seasoned professional & public speaker with 15 years of experience in Hospitality, Private Equity,  Impact entrepreneurship, Tech Start-ups, and MNCs.  Maxime has worked, lived and thrived in complex markets such as Geneva, London, Beijing, and most recently Singapore. He has a strong proven track-record working globally on scaling businesses from inception to profitability with P&L ownership and measurable targets (KPIs and OKRs driven).

 

Maxime was the managing director for APAC at Winnow Solutions for over five years and grew the company and business across the region to the most successful region for the company.

 

His key expertise: Impact Strategy and Implementation, Financial Modelling, Operations Management, Culture Building, Business Transformation, Business Development, Story Telling & Project Management.

 

Maxime graduated from the prestigious Ecole Hoteliere de Geneve with a degree in management. He previously worked with Caterpillar and Winnow.
